COST STRUCTURE

What is the client liable for:

A percentage commission calculated on the capital amount Lexmed was able to recover.
VAT is calculated on commission amount.
No Success = No fee

What is the debtor liable for:

Fees and expenses as per Section 19(1)(b) of the Debt Collectors Act of 1998 read with Regulation 11 & Annexure B

DEBT RECOVERY

We also make payments easy for debtors through multiple options, including debit orders, EFT, Easy Pay, SnapScan, and Paymate Secure, at no additional cost to you. Where necessary, and at your request, we can also list defaulting debtors with credit bureaus at minimal cost.

Our tracing system allows us to trace debtors with any one of the following details: ID Number, Cell Number or Tax Number. With our tracing program, we speed up the collection process and verify individuals and authenticate businesses in seconds.
